P. Marsh Electricals & Household Maintenance
P. Marsh Electricals & Household Maintenance (Kitchen & Bathroom refits) is run by a husband and wife partnership, Peter and Honor Marsh.
Peter Marsh our local Burwell Electrician completed a full electrical apprenticeship, spending ten years as an electrical contractor and a further seventeen years in an industrial environment as an electrical engineer working his way up to management level.
P. Marsh Electricals & Household Maintenance (Kitchen & Bathroom refits) was established in 2007 and became a member of the NICEIC Domestic Installer scheme - a regulatory body governing electrical standards.
Honor Marsh is the initial point of customer contact at P. Marsh Electricals & Household Maintenance taking the calls and making the appointments.
"In the unlikely event that Peter is running late, I will always ring the customer to let them know."
Customer's details and basic requirements are passed over to Peter Marsh, our Electrician who will then contact the customer to discuss options further,
" I can discuss the customer's requirements with them directly so I know exactly what they want and they can then be safe in the knowledge that I will personally be completing the job for them."
This means that the NICEIC Electrician the customer has spoken to is the person who will be doing the work!
"Tradespeople are notorious for not turning up when expected or failing to return quotes. We won’t let people down, and we endeavour to return quotes within 48 hours."
As a result, a high percentage of our electrical, kitchen & bathroom refit business is from repeat customers and referrals.
"A customer may initially ring up for a small job - putting up some lights, or an additional socket installation, and will then call us back to get advice and help with other general works - a kitchen or bathroom refit!"
For all electrical work, kitchen / bathroom refits and general household maintenance, use Peter Marsh your local Burwell Electrician in Cambridge, Newmarket, Ely, and the surrounding villages in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
